To achieve an enhanced user experience for the Join Program project, I undertook a comprehensive analysis of the existing live app. This process was structured around three core components:

By conducting weekly UX Alignment meetings within an Agile framework—collaborating closely with project owners, the development team, and the client—I identified bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. These insights were enriched through structured user research, including interviews and usability testing, to better understand user needs and pain points. Additionally, app reviews and analytics data provided valuable quantitative feedback, enabling data-driven optimizations that directly enhanced the user experience.

Users with access to multiple corporate restaurants often experience confusion when selecting the correct location. This leads to inefficiency in the ordering process.
Solution
The introduction of a location switcher allows users to easily switch between restaurant locations, making the ordering process faster and more intuitive.
